Dan Schneider
Dan Schneider has been practicing entertainment, corporate, new media, intellectual property and real property law for more than 35 years in Manhattan and Woodstock, NY. A graduate of Vassar College (AB, 1979, Evans Fellow in Law) and Emory Law School (JD, 1982, Emory Scholar), he is admitted to the New York and Georgia bars, as well as to the U.S. District Court (Southern District, NY). Dan serves as Executive Producer of Big Shoes Media, which creates and distributes transformative media that positively impacts people’s lives.
Dan has served as a member of numerous non-profit boards, including The America The Beautiful Fund, The Giulio Gari Foundation, the Creative Music Foundation, the Woodstock Soccer League, the Woodstock Youth Theatre, and Hudson Valley Technology and Commerce, the Woodstock Library Board, the Woodstock Democratic Committee, the All Rockaway Planning Council, and Manhattan Community Board #4. He is a member of the NYS Bar Association, the California Copyright Conference, the NY Vassar Club, and the Dramatists Guild.
