Donna Mirman
Upper West Side Mother of three, Yogi, Inversion junkie, Vegetarian, National Park lover. When she is not practicing yoga or running to school related activities, Donna is a trademark attorney with Gottlieb , Rackman and Reisman, P.C. Her practice focuses extensively on domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, specializing in matters of trade dress and ornamentation. In her former position as a Trademark Examining Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, her areas of examination were the food, beverage, and restaurant industries. Since joining her firm, Donna’s clients are primarily in the jewelry and apparel fields. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, B.S., 1987 and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, J.D., 1990. Donna is admitted to the NY, NJ and Washington, DC Bars.
