J. Charley Londoño
Prior to practicing law in California and Florida, Charley was a music industry executive, having worked in the radio promotion departments of Arista Records, A&M Records, IRS Records, and MCA Records. He primarily practices in the areas of film, television, music, and new media. Charley counsels both companies and individuals regarding entertainment transactional issues. His practice concentrates in the protection, clearance, licensing and distribution of intellectual property rights for film, television, music, and new media. He also practices real estate and construction law and was involved in the development and infrastructure build out of an 80-acre, 180 lot residential subdivision in Florida; and the construction, marketing, and sale of single family homes thereon. Charley is a member of the California and Florida Bar Associations and holds real estate broker licenses for California and Florida.
