
Michele Baldwin
Michele is a bright and fearless creative spiritual being, who is very passionate about her work and feels amazingly blessed for the gifts and talents God has given her. This mutli-talented artist: Actor, Writer, Award-winning Producer, Filmmaker, Director, Artist and overall Inspirer, let’s nothing stop her from reaching her goals. Michele believes that with creativity, imagination, a strong passion, determination and belief in self, one CAN do anything. No matter what side of the camera or stage she’s on, a day with Michele is enlightening, entertaining, fun and more importantly highly productive.
With over a decade of experience in the Entertainment field, that encompass Film, TV, Theater and the Internet, Michele strongly believes in doing whatever is necessary to get the project done. She has worked as actor, producer, director, writer, editor, camera operator, stage manager and in varying other crew positions for both film and TV production sets, as well as being a teaching artist, motivational speaker to secondary grade school children, producing consultant, acting coach/teacher and contributing writer to several trade magazines and blogs.
Having produced content for the past nine years, Michele has helped to breathe life into numerous independent films, commercials and theater projects, many that have been screened in festivals such as Urbanworld and Bronzelens, Jersey City and Peachtree International Film Festivals, Dances with Wolves, Pan African-Cannes, Black Stars and Newark International Film Festivals to name a few. She has earned considerable IMDB credits in a wide range of roles, while continuously working to keep the art of storytelling at the forefront of her journey, creating content for all mediums.
At present, Michele is super grateful to be focusing on her first love, acting. As one of six children, she easily found an audience to perform her many comedic or dramatic skits to. When not on a professional gig, Michele can be spotted acting out a Dramedy or two for friends and family. She continues to grow as a creative artist, recently tapping back into painting and other artistic mediums.
Michele has been on several TV shows like, Wicked Attractions, One Life to Live, Law and Order CSI, and a few TV Pilots, in movies; independent shorts and features, and has graced many NYC stages: Ensemble Studio, Manhattan Ensemble, Hudson Guild, and 59E59 Theaters, Theater for the New City and New Federal Theater, as well as the internet and volunteering for the organizations she is a member of.
Michele attains to do good in the world and has always been “A Star,” especially in the eyes of her beloved father, Thomas, whom she knows is happily smiling down on her.
