Stephen H. Chin established Financial Structures & Advisory, Inc. in 2003 after twenty three (23) years of banking experience in the corporate, capital markets and public sectors. The mission of Financial Structures & Advisory, Inc. (FSA) is to provide advisory services to private companies. Mr. Chin has extensive experience in corporate finance, including financing real estate properties and projects for corporations and public sector infrastructure. He has advised and assisted clients in raising funds for acquisitions, real estate projects, growth and recapitalization in the form of both debt and equity.
